This September is filled with exciting releases.

Not only the fall, but the rest of 2023 promises to be rich in releases for Netflix subscribers. From a new David Fincher movie and a Scott Pilgrim anime to films from Bradley Cooper and Zack Snyder, the streaming service is set to delight viewers with lots of high-profile premieres.

And if you're the kind of person who likes to get a head start on new releases, take out your calendars and mark the dates! After all, September is overflowing with equally exciting titles coming to Netflix.

6. Scout's Honor – The Secret Files of the Boy Scouts of America

Release date: September 6

Released in just a couple of days, the new documentary by Brian Knappenberger is an uncomfortable exposé of the horrors behind the Boy Scouts organization. Based on the documents first published by journalist Patrick Boyle, Scout's Honor will explore cases of systematic child abuse that have been known since the organization's inception.

5. Virgin River

Release date: September 7

Fans of Netflix's hit small-town drama Virgin River will soon be treated to the series' highly anticipated Season 5. The show will continue to revolve around Mel and Jack, who are now expecting a baby, and other townspeople's dramatic storylines.

4. Top Boy

Release date: September 7

In addition to Virgin River, the final season of Top Boy, produced by Drake and his team, will air on September 7. Viewers will revisit the stories of Sully and Dushane as only one of them can become a true top boy and hold the criminal empire as well as the entire Summerhouse gang together.

3. Selling the OC

Release date: September 8

No one lives as luxuriously as the residents of Orange County, California, which is why there are plenty of sales-hungry real estate agents in the O.C. The Selling Sunset spin-off, Selling the OC, returns for a second season on September 8.

2. A Time Called You

Release date: September 8

Netflix is also rushing to please K-drama fans with the upcoming time-traveling mystery drama A Time Called You, which will follow a woman grieving the death of her boyfriend. As the protagonist is mysteriously transported to 1998, she finds a man who bears an uncanny resemblance to her lost lover.

1. Spy Ops

Release date: September 8

At the end of the week, Netflix will release the eight-episode docuseries Spy Ops, which will focus on insider stories about the work of CIA and MI6 officers.
