What is Stuart's net worth?

The Big Bang Theory has certainly left its mark on modern pop culture. Breaking a number of records and garnering a cult following, the show has received many major nominations, winning some of them, and spawned a prequel series that proved to be just as successful.

However, one of the biggest things the sitcom is known for is its huge budgets and insane cast salaries.

By the end of the series, which came in 2019 with the Season 12 finale, the main cast was reportedly raking in a whopping six to seven figures per episode. Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, whose characters were introduced in Season 3, were paid $425,000 each, while all the original cast members — Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, and Jim Parsons — each made $1 million per episode.

But there was one main cast member who earned dozens of times less.

Kevin Sussman played Stuart Bloom, a self-conscious, timid and socially awkward comic book store owner introduced in Season 2. Although, over time, Stuart became a significant character and an integral part of the gang, the actor reportedly never negotiated for a raise. From day one on the show to its finale, Sussman's per-episode salary remained the same — $50,000, according to Affair Post.

Even though this is only 5% of what his colleagues earned, the actor's total paycheck for the show amounted to a pretty big sum, as he appeared in 84 episodes. And of course, The Big Bang Theory gig made up a large chunk of Sussman's net worth, which equals $3 million in 2023, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

In addition to the hit sitcom, the 52-year-old actor is credited with 47 projects, most recently appearing in Better Call Saul, Call Me Kat, and Hulu's The Dropout. Kevin Sussman's latest project, Lessons in Chemistry, is set to debut on Apple TV+ later this year.

The actor's personal life is also flourishing. In April of this year, he tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, voice actress Addie Hall. The Big Bang Theory alum announced the news on his Instagram.

'Did I mention I got married this weekend?' Sussman captioned the post, which garnered many congratulations from fans and colleagues.
