4. Blood Ties (2007)

7. The Lost Room (2006)
This mini-series is a bit of a genre-bender, combining elements of supernatural drama and mystery. Detective Joe Miller comes across a mysterious motel room key that opens a door to a room existing outside of normal time and space. Each object from the room has a unique power, and people are willing to kill for them. Joe has to protect his daughter, who gets lost in the room, while fending off those who want the objects for their own nefarious plans.
8. Ultraviolet (1998)
Not to be confused with the Milla Jovovich movie, this British series is all about a clandestine government organization hunting vampires – or "Code 5s", as they're referred to. Some Fades find a way to touch the living world and unleash hell, literally. So, it's up to Paul and his best friend Mac to stop them, all while navigating high school life.
10. Forever Knight (1992-1996)
Imagine CSI but with a vampire twist, and you get Forever Knight. Nick Knight is an 800-year-old vampire working as a homicide detective in modern-day Toronto. He's trying to make amends for centuries of blood-sucking by using his supernatural abilities to solve crimes. However, his former vampire lover, LaCroix, has other plans and wants Nick to embrace his dark side.
11. Dead Like Me (2003-2004)
George is a young woman who dies and becomes a Reaper, responsible for escorting souls to the afterlife. She still looks like herself, but to the living, she appears as a completely different person. Skeptic-turned-believer Paul Callan works for a Catholic Church-run team investigating miracles. But when the miracles he investigates turn out to be hoaxes, he starts to lose faith. That is until he himself experiences inexplicable phenomena. Then he joins a private organization investigating the miraculous, only to find out these events could signal the end of the world.

British TV comes through yet again with Strange, a series following a defrocked priest, John Strange, who's on a quest to hunt demons. Yes, you read that right. A former priest turned demon hunter. With the help of a young woman named Jude, he fights off various malevolent entities, all while dealing with the church that turned its back on him.
15. Point Pleasant (2005)
Small-town drama meets the supernatural in Point Pleasant. Christina, a girl with mysterious abilities, washes up on the beach of the sleepy town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey. As she tries to uncover her past, strange occurrences start happening around her. It turns out she's the offspring of a human and the Devil himself.
