The Truth About Zayn's Relationship with Yolanda Hadid Post-Gigi Breakup

Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid looked like the ultimate celebrity couple when they started dating in 2015, and when they gave birth to their daughter Khai in 2020, fans were over the moon.

However, the perfect veneer of their relationship started to crack immediately after, and in 2021, the couple split for good and began co-parenting their daughter.

But the story didn't end there because, some time later, the ugly fight between Zayn and Gigi's mother Yolanda became public. And it looks like the grudge between the two still exists to this day.

In 2021, TMZ reported that Zayn and Yolanda had a physical altercation right at Zayn's home when Gigi's mother decided to visit the house in Gigi's absence. As Zayn later revealed, he was afraid that Yolanda would psychologically damage his daughter, so he was forced to take action and allegedly hit Yolanda.

As a result, the singer was charged with harassment and forced to attend anger management classes, which apparently did wonders for him and turned his whole life around.

Even though Gigi and Zayn spend a lot of time together raising their daughter and have no hard feelings towards each other, Yolanda still seems to be quite bitter towards her ex-son-in-law for allegedly hitting her.

Multiple sources reveal that Yolanda is struggling to keep it together when Zayn is around her granddaughter, fearing that the singer's anger issues will manifest once again.

While some fans are not buying the whole story at all, saying that Zayn hitting Yolanda was never officially proven, many still feel sorry for Khai who is unable to spend time with her whole family. Maybe when she gets a little older, Gigi and Zayn will do something to mend the singer's relationship with Yolanda because Khai surely needs it, fans claim.

Anyway, it looks like the grudge between the two celebrities is in sleep mode for now, and fans hope that the two won't start fighting again in the future.
