That Hope Twist is the Best Thing That Happened to Bold & Beautiful Fandom in a Long Time

Since 1987, The Bold and the Beautiful has been a premiere soap opera in the CBS library, but even with more than 20 million viewers still enjoying it, it is becoming clearer with each passing year that the series is slowly beginning to lose the focus and attention of fans.

Just like every other soap opera out there, B&B is painfully slouching towards oblivion, but it looks like the writers are at least trying to save their project a little bit by finally adding some much-needed changes to Hope Logan's life.

For a couple of years now, Hope has often been called the most unhappy character on the series, all thanks to her marriage to Liam Spencer, a pathetic cheater of a guy who has basically ruined both her life and her storyline, relegating Hope to the status of a minor character.

However, Hope is now getting some power back in her hands, giving Liam the middle finger and starting to enjoy her steamy romance with Thomas instead. Viewers loved that Hope finally stopped worrying about Liam's feelings and enjoyed some great sex with her new partner. And yes, it was an actual bed scene for a change!

'Not only has she finally gotten rid of whiny, pathetic Liam and found a man that only has eyes for her, but she finally gets to have sex in a BED! A real bed! No floor, no couch. An actual bed with sheets, a mattress, and a headboard. She's really leveling up and living large, and I'm so happy for her,' one fan shared their excitement on Reddit.

However, there's only one problem with this new storyline — the way it ended abruptly.

For no apparent reason, the writers decided to cool off the relationship between Hope and Thomas, probably thinking that there was already a lot going on in B&B. Of course, the couple will likely be reunited in the near future, but fans are a little bummed that Hope is being sidelined again after finally finding the strength to live her own life.
