Recently, Lisa and Brian were finally able to talk openly about their sudden departure from The Ultimatum, revealing how difficult it was to make such a decision.

'Once Brian found out, he was like, "Nothing else matters. I want to make sure your mental health is good, I want to make sure you're good, I want to make sure our baby is good, let's go. I want to go to the doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is alright." And I agreed with him. So, that was his decision. He went into immediate protective mode,' Lisa said.

While not much is known about the couple's relationship at the moment, Lisa and Brian still follow each other on Instagram, which makes their fans hopeful the two are still together and will eventually get married.
