Fans are not impressed with Kwame's apartment, and here's why.

Netflix's hit reality series Love is Blind is finally back for its fourth season, and fans are loving it because the winning formula of showing two people meet and fall in love without actually seeing each other still feels fresh after all these years.

The new season's cast is full of interesting people, and photographer and ex-professional soccer player Kwame Appiah is definitely one of the most relatable contestants.

However, some fans were a bit disappointed with his apartment, which was shown in one of the episodes.

Kwame and Chelsea got engaged early in season four, and when Chelsea visited her fiancé's bedroom at one point, fans were shocked that such a handsome and collected man could live in such a messy place. His room was untidy, with things scattered around without any order, and the sofa he asked Chelsea to sit on had definitely seen some disgusting things in its years of service.

In fact, Kwame himself treated his furniture rather strangely, as fans noticed that he often used his own bed as a footrest, without even taking off his shoes!

While some viewers didn't like Kwame even before this, his room proved that he's a pretty questionable choice for Chelsea to marry. Arguably, a man who wouldn't clean his room before inviting his future wife and the Netflix filming crew into the house is definitely not the one to rely on. However, not all fans agree with Kwame being called out for his room, claiming that everyone can treat their personal space whatever way they like.

It should be noted that Kwame's room wasn't a complete mess, just a little untidy and cluttered. Maybe Kwame is more comfortable with a lot of stuff around him, and the clean and lab-like homes of some of the other contestants feel unnatural to him. In that case, who are we to criticize Kwame?

Besides, Chelsea didn't seem to have a problem with Kwame's room, and she's the one who wants to share her life with him, not some Internet naysayers!

Love is Blind season four episodes 9–11 will arrive on Netflix on April 7, 2023.
