Just How Old Britney Spears & Kevin Federline's Kids Are in 2023?

Without a doubt, Britney Spears' return to public life has been one of the best things to happen in recent years, as the conservatorship imposed by her father was finally overturned in court. Now Britney can do what she wants and the amount of money she gets is much bigger than it was a few years ago. And it looks like her ex-husband is well aware of this.

Britney and Federline tied the knot in 2004, and the news of a pop star marrying her backup dancer came as quite a shock at the time. However, their happiness did not last long.

Britney and Kevin Federline divorced in 2007 and they have two sons together - Jayden James and Sean Preston. And Britney was forced by the court to pay her ex $40,000 a month in child support because the kids spend 50% of their time with her. But that didn't happen.

An absent mother

According to Federline, Britney has spent zero time with her sons in the last decade because her children have lived with him all their lives. And it looks like Federline is pretty upset about it, going to court against Britney in hopes of increasing child support payments. But how old are their sons?

As of now, Sean is just two days away from turning 18, which means child support will stop for him. However, Jayden is currently 17, and Britney will pay child support for him until 2025, when he will graduate from high school. Considering the boys are almost 18, it's no wonder Federline decided to go to court, as he won't have a steady income after the boys move in with him.

'He uses child support to care for all his other children. I think he has like 4 or 5 other ones. I remember seeing he and his wife were into crypto stuff so I wouldn’t be surprised if they were investing it in dumb get rich quick things and are now broke again. He has no job unless you count his sporadic DJ gigs so I think he’s seeing he better save up now or he’s going to run out of money and actually have to work at some point,' said one fan.

Federline married second wife Victoria Prince in 2013 and they have four children together, which might explain why Britney's ex is asking for so much money in child support.
