Is Kim Kardashian Dating Someone on Lakers?
Fans are wondering if the reality TV star's new obsession with the NBA has something to do with her romantic feelings.
Kim Kardashian's dating history is one of the most talked-about among all celebrities, and now fans suspect that the reality TV star may be dating someone new. In early May, Kim unexpectedly became a fixture at the Crypto.com Arena in LA, attending two Golden State Warriors vs. Los Angeles Lakers playoff games and cheering on the LA team from courtside seats.
Fans were quick to wonder why Kim decided to attend a sporting event twice in one week, as the star had never really been interested in basketball before.
While it was clear that Kim enjoyed watching the game and even stood on her feet to cheer for the Lakers on several occasions, people are pretty sure that she was not at the stadium for the game itself, but for someone on the Lakers team.
Of course, many fans immediately thought that Kim attended the games to cheer on Tristan Thompson, the father of Khloé Kardashian's children, but because Khloé herself was not there with Kim, the explanation does not seem plausible.
Another idea that more fans agree on is that Kim is either secretly dating someone on the team or plans to do so in the near future. While the Lakers roster is full of gorgeous men, people suspect that Kim is particularly interested in Lonnie Walker, an up-and-coming athlete whose scores are getting better and better with every game he plays. There's just one problem — Lonnie is 24 years old, and fans feel that Kim is a little too old for him.
'Still weird, it's a 16-year age difference. I don't see why any person in their early 40s would want someone in their early 20s,' one fan noted.
Of course, all these rumors are still nothing more than rumors. While Kim has announced that she is now open to dating, neither she nor her representatives ever mentioned anything about the Lakers. So perhaps Kim just decided to support LeBron James and Co. and cheer for her favorite team without any ulterior motives.
