Dianna Agron Responds to 'Gaylor Swift' Rumors, And It's As Awkward As You'd Imagine
Supporters of the ridiculous conspiracy theory have finally heard what Agron has to say about it.
Ever since Taylor Swift became a worldwide sensation, her personal life has been mercilessly picked apart by fans and the media. People have gossiped about Swift's messy breakups, peeked into where she lives, and even learned a few things about her family's private life.
But apparently, even that wasn't enough, as the decades-long 'Gaylor Swift' rumors are still very much alive today.
According to this ridiculous theory, Swift is actually gay and just hides it for some reasons, but she leaves little hints in her songs to let her true fans know about her real sexuality. The questions why Taylor can't just announce it to the world and why she only dates men don't really bother the supporters of this rumor because their minds are already made up.
Throughout the last decade, the supporters of this theory were sure that Swift left secret references in her songs, revealing that she dated Karlie Kloss, Kellie Pickler, and most notably, Glee actress Dianna Agron. The latter was considered to be the singer's girlfriend back in 2011, when the two were frequently seen in public, and some people even believe that Taylor wrote her hit song '22' with Agron in mind.
However, it looks like the actress herself is pretty clueless about it.
'Me? Oh, if only! That's more because of a friendship than being the inspiration for the song. But I would not be the person to ask about that. I cannot claim that! I mean, there have been many stories about my dating life that are so wildly untrue,' Agron said.
So, it looks like the actress doesn't know anything about Swift's alleged real sexuality and only refers to her as a friend. Of course, supporters of the 'Gaylor' theory are not convinced by Agron's answer, claiming that the actress is just protecting her friend (ex?), and that Swift probably prepared her for this kind of questions a long time ago.
People who want to believe in Swift's double life will continue to do so, even if the singer herself decides to put an end to this ridiculous rumor.
