Demon Slayer and Solo Leveling Star Joins Sony’s Ghost of Yotei, Teases Saul Goodman Energy — Ghost of Tsushima Is His All-Time Favorite

Aleks Le pulls double duty in Sucker Punch’s new game, voicing two characters.
Aleks Le just pulled a two-for-one in Sucker Punch's new open-world game Ghost of Yotei, and one of his characters apparently talks like he sprinted straight out of a Better Call Saul cold open. If you dig that flavor of chaotic charm, you might be in for some laughs.
Who he plays in Ghost of Yotei
Le confirmed he voices both Taro the Scavenger and a younger version of Jubei. Yep, two characters, two lanes: a scrappy scavenger with a showman streak, and a formative take on a character fans will probably be paying attention to for story reasons.
"I’m in Ghost of Yotei as both Taro the Scavenger and young Jubei! Ghost of Tsushima is one of my favorite games of all time so I was thrilled to get to be part of this. I gave Taro very Saul Goodman-like energy so I hope he gives you a good chuckle."
He posted that on X/Twitter on October 6, 2025, and the Saul Goodman note tracks. If you know Le's range, you can hear how a slick, fast-talking scavenger with a morally flexible vibe would snap right into place. The guy clearly wants Taro to be funny on purpose, not just a comic relief accident.
Why Aleks Le's voice probably already lives in your head
Le has quietly been everywhere. If his name doesn’t ring a bell, his characters will:
- Anime: Sung Jinwoo in Solo Leveling, Zenitsu in Demon Slayer, Jiji in Dandadan
- Games: The protagonist in Persona 3 Reload, Daredevil in Marvel Rivals, and yes, xxXShadowl0rd420Xxx in Date Everything
He’s also been busy doing very serious public service work, like answering the critical question of why Daredevil has such, uh, prominent cheeks in Marvel Rivals. His explanation: "To distract the supports." Not sure if that\u2019s meta balance commentary or canon now, but either way, it’s funny.
The inside-baseball bit
Le specifically shouting out Ghost of Tsushima as one of his all-time favorites is a nice little full-circle moment. That’s Sucker Punch\u2019s last big samurai epic, and now he’s in their new one, doubling up roles and bringing some Saul energy to a game that, let’s be honest, is otherwise going to have a lot of sharp steel and quiet stares. A little comic swagger can go a long way.
Bottom line: when you jump into Ghost of Yotei, expect to hear Le twice. One voice is there to move the story; the other might try to sell you a scheme and make you laugh while he does it.
