Bachelor Fans Speculate Matt & Rachael's Breakup, Is Love Lost?

The Bachelor Season 25 was one of the most exciting instalments in the hit reality show's recent history, as both bachelor Matt James and his chosen bachelorette Rachael Kirkconnell looked like a perfect fit for each other, falling in love almost at first sight.

And even though some controversy marred the early stages of their romance, including Rachael being accused of racism, the two eventually overcame all their problems and became a really strong couple. Or did they?

It has been three years since the two first met. The future looked bright for them in recent months, seeing how Rachael supported Matt during last November's New York City Marathon. The couple then went snowboarding in Colorado in December, proving they still enjoyed spending time together. So why do people think that Rachael and Matt have split up?

Fans are worried that they might have called it quits because Matt and Rachael haven't appeared on each other's Instagram pages in quite a long time, and it looks like they are now travelling separately. Of course, people quickly assumed the worst and concluded they were over as a couple, citing Matt's long-standing commitment issues as the reason for the alleged breakup.

However, other fans immediately tried to debunk the rumours, arguing that Matt had only recently commented on Rachael's latest post. That fact supposedly proved that the two were still together and were only travelling separately, not because they had broken up but for some other reason, like work. In addition, Matt's grandmother died earlier this month, and some fans are urging people to stop prying into his personal life and give him some space, at least for the time being.

Whatever the case might be, Rachael and Matt have not shared anything on each other's social media pages in quite a while, since 17 May, to be precise, and some fans have blown that out of all proportion, stirring up groundless controversy over nothing.
