However, regardless of how great those other two contenders may have been, there is one area in which neither of them can hold a candle to Mad Men: the chemistry among its ensemble cast. While many other shows of the time boasted outstanding acting performances, Mad Men truly demonstrated the importance of interpersonal dynamics between actors.
