3 Warning Signs Kim Zolciak & Kroy Divorce is Turning into a War Already

For more than a decade of being together, Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Zolciak and ex-NFL player Kroy Biermann looked like the perfect celebrity couple, buying up houses, spending millions on lavish items, and starring in various TV projects. However, their ideal life came crashing down earlier this month when Kroy filed for divorce amidst the couple's huge debts.

Now it looks like Kim is not going without a fight, taking some steps towards a full-blown divorce war, and fans are getting increasingly worried about the star couple's children.

Kroy wants primary custody for their kids

Kim already had two daughters when she got married to Kroy, but he did not mind this at all and officially fostered both of her kids, even changing their last names to Biermann. Now that they are divorcing, Kroy wants primary custody of not only his biological children, but his foster children as well.

This bold decision clearly shows how strongly Kroy feels about all of his kids, and Kim will definitely fight for her parental rights, which can lead to a really nasty battle between the former spouses.

Kroy demands child support

It's pretty well known that Kim is a massive spender, blowing thousands of dollars at the casinos and buying an unholy amount of clothes, so the family's financial troubles may be coming from just that. Kroy is pretty much broke right now, as his net worth is significantly less than the amount of money he owes the government in taxes. Since he wants primary custody of their children but can't support them on his own, Kroy will try to force Kim to pay for their welfare.

Kim will strike back

While Kroy's position in the ensuing legal battle is much stronger than Kim's, that doesn't mean the reality star won't come back to get her revenge, probably using some private details to make the divorce war even worse than it already is.

It looks like the next few months will be extremely hard for both Kim and Kroy, as well as for their kids, and that's certainly a very sad ending to the fairy-tale love story they once shared.
