When Young Sheldon came out in 2017, few people thought it would grow into such a hit series that it is today — the immense popularity of its parent show, The Big Bang Theory, was certainly hard to outdo. Even though it co-existed with the main series for two years, the spin-off has managed to emerge from its shadow, proving its worth to the old-time fans while garnering a following of its own.
Season 6 of Young Sheldon first came on screen in September 2022 and is still running on CBS.
While many viewers have already lost count of the episodes because of a number of long hiatuses between them, it's clear that the season is now coming to a close, with only a few episodes left to air.

Episode 19 'A New Weather Girl and a Stay-at-Home Coddler' (May 4)
After Mandy rejected Georgie's marriage proposal, they have to redefine their relationship. Meanwhile, the episode's title harks back to Mandy's career on television and suggests a storyline related to it.
Episode 20 'German for Beginners and a Crazy Old Man with a Bat' (May 11)
The title may hint at Sheldon bettering his German before his impending trip to Germany.
Episode 21 'A Romantic Getaway and a Germanic Meat-Based Diet' (May 18)
Sheldon and Mary are getting prepared for the trip to Germany, while the rest of the family live their ordinary lives. The title may suggest some positive changes in Mandy and Georgie's relationship.
Episode 22 'A Tornado, a 10-Hour Flight and a Darn Fine Ring' (May 18)
A powerful tornado strikes Medford while Sheldon and his mother are away in Germany. Mary has to go back home to help George Sr. deal with the aftermath, while the 'ring' may be an indication of Georgie having another go with his proposal to Mandy.
As you can see, only four episodes of Young Sheldon Season 6 are left, but don't worry — Season 7 has already been confirmed, and fans can be sure the beloved characters will stick around for another year.
