It seems that Kevin Costner's behaviour is actually making some of his co-stars feel more at ease.

Thanks to Yellowstone, Kevin Costner has managed to revive his career in a big way, propelling himself back into the ranks of A-listers deserving of hefty paychecks.

However, like any movie star, Costner reportedly grew frustrated with playing the same role for five years and accused Yellowstone's showrunner and writer, Taylor Sheridan, of failing to properly develop his character.

With the two Hollywood titans clashing behind the scenes, the future of the entire series is up in the air, and fans are wondering what Costner's co-stars really think of his behaviour on set during this trying time. It looks like Wendy Moniz is willing to share.

Moniz has portrayed Governor and then Senator Lynelle Perry since the very first episode of the show, often sharing many scenes with Costner, as their characters are more than just political rivals. Fans loved seeing them together, praising their perfect chemistry and the underlying sexual tension that makes the occasional lovers truly believable characters.

Recently, Moniz opened up to US Weekly about her experience working with Costner, making fans even more fond of their on-screen couple.

‘We definitely had a natural ease with each other out of the gate and it came across on screen it seems. Working with him has just been really easy and a pleasure and we find humour in our scenes together and playfulness and I think that helps with the dynamic too,’ Moniz said.

Indeed, it seems that the chemistry between the two actors is genuine and not fabricated for the sake of the project. While the news about Yellowstone's future is undoubtedly disheartening, fans were pleased to hear Moniz praise her co-star.

Perhaps Costner and Sheridan can work out their differences without either leaving the show, and fans will continue to see Moniz, Costner, and other talented actors showcasing their skills on Yellowstone.
