Who's The Richest Big Bang Theory Actor in 2023?

As one of the most popular shows in the history of TV, it’s only right that a fair chunk of the profits it pulled in went to its stars.

Here’s a rundown of how each of the main actors currently rank in terms of wealth:

7. Melissa Rauch (Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz) - $20 million

Starting out as a recurring character who worked with Penny, Bernadette went on to become a series regular. She even married Howard, firmly cementing herself as a key part of the show.

Rauch has since had a number of roles in TV and film, one of which – the reboot of an iconic Night Court – recently aired on NBC.

6. Mayim Bialik (Amy Farrah Fowler) - $25 million

A Nobel Prize-winning neuroscientist alongside her husband, Sheldon, Amy was first introduced during season 3. It was Raj and Howard who got in contact with her via a dating site and paired her with Sheldon.

Bialik has a real PhD in neuroscience and has released books on the subject.

5. Kunal Nayyar (Raj Koothrappali) - $45 million

An awkward astrophysicist who struggled to talk to girls and had a tendency to put his foot in his mouth in a multitude of situations. Nonetheless, he was another uber-intelligent character in the hit sitcom.

Nayyer is still acting and has a new film, Spaceman, currently in post production.

4. Simon Helberg (Howard Wolowitz) - $55 million

Best friend and colleague of Raj, Howard was the only one of the four main protagonists without a PhD. He was an engineer, not a scientist, and visited the International Space Station during the series.

In addition to his acting work, Helberg has credits as a musician and comedian.

3. Johnny Galecki (Leonard Hofstadter) - $100 million

Leonard was Sheldon’s best friend and flatmate. His romance with Penny was a central theme of the series – with the two actors briefly dating while the series was ongoing. Leonard was an experimental physicist.

Galecki has been acting since the late 80s and has a lengthy and varied filmography.

2. Kaley Cuoco (Penny Hofstadter) - $110 million

Not on the same intellectual level as her nerdy neighbours and their friends, Penny formed an unlikely romance with Leonard who she eventually married. Penny was a character who enjoyed a glass (or more) of wine and was famously a terrible driver.

Now an actor and producer, Cuoco went on to play the lead role in The Flight Attendant.

1. Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper) - $160 million

It will come as no surprise to find Parsons, who played the show’s main protagonist, is the richest of The Big Bang Theory’s actors. Socially awkward and highly intelligent, Sheldon’s life was the central theme of TBBT and it was fitting that he eventually found love in a girl who was very much like him.

Parsons is executive producer of Young Sheldon.
