When Is Brad Pitt's F1 Streaming? Here's Our Best Estimate

Joseph Kosinski's F1, starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris, landed in theaters on June 27, and it's already being called one of the most successful movies of the summer.
Critics are responding well, box office numbers are strong — and naturally, a lot of people are now asking: when can we stream it?
The short answer: there's no official streaming date yet. But we do know it's an Apple Original Film, which means it'll stream on Apple TV+ once it finishes its theatrical run and premium VOD window.
As for when that might actually happen? Based on recent Apple releases, we've got a pretty good idea.
Here's how long it took other big Apple movies to hit streaming:
- Napoleon – 100 days after theatrical release
- Killers of the Flower Moon – 84 days
- Argylle – 70 days
- Fly Me to the Moon – just over 120 days
Using those numbers as a rough guide, F1 will likely be streaming sometime in fall 2025, with the most realistic window falling around September 20, assuming an 85-day gap from release.
This is, of course, only an estimate. But with Apple's past release patterns and F1's high profile, it seems unlikely they'll hold it much longer than that. Expect a short theatrical run, a brief stop on premium rental services, then a straight shot to Apple TV+.
Until then, the only way to catch Brad Pitt behind the wheel is in theaters — or by waiting it out for the fall drop. We'll update the date once Apple makes it official.
