It looks like two actors have fallen in love at first sight.

HBO's True Blood was one of the most controversial shows of its era, as this adult vampire drama never shied away from featuring plenty of sex scenes, gruesome murders, and a bunch of sensitive jokes during its seven-year run.

However, even though the show itself was rather cynical, the actors definitely had a blast filming it, and it looks like Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer enjoyed their time on set a bit more than everyone else.

The two actors met during the filming of the very first season and apparently hit it off right away. However, professionalism was a big issue for Paquin and Moyer, so they decided to keep their relationship low-key and hide it from other members of the production team — only to find out later that everyone knew they were dating from day one.

'The producer called me from the second episode and was, like, "I think you should know that Stephen and Anna are hooking up." It was never an issue, they were total pros, and now they have two kids together. They thought they were keeping it secret from everybody. The whole first season, everybody knew,' series creator Alan Ball shared.

It appears that the two lovebirds were too busy looking at each other to realize that everyone knew their little secret. But luckily, no one was bothered that the show's leading actors were a couple in real life.

Anna and Stephen announced their relationship publicly a little later and got married in 2010, with Paquin becoming a stepmother to Moyer's two children from his previous relationships. The two are still together, madly in love, and taking care of their twin sons, born in 2012.

Fans were thrilled to hear this hilarious behind-the-scenes anecdote, arguing that Anna and Stephen's love for each other resulted in a perfect on-screen chemistry that made each of their scenes a total blockbuster to watch. It's also great the production team were fine with the two getting together, as they have ultimately become one of Hollywood's strongest and most beloved couples.
