What Episode 7 is about
Subtitle: Ben vs. his ghosts. We jump three months after that airfield exchange went sideways. Ben has gone completely off-grid in Germany’s Black Forest, trying to bury what’s left of his past. That lasts about five minutes. He makes a choice: dedicate himself to avenging the people who died in Haverford’s spy game. In other words, he’s not done feeding the darker side of this story just yet.
Where to watch
The Terminal List: Dark Wolf streams on Amazon Prime Video. If you want to keep the action train rolling afterward, Prime also has Reacher, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, and The Boys.
Who’s in it
Taylor Kitsch leads as Ben Edwards, with Tom Hopper, Chris Pratt, Luke Hemsworth, and more popping up across the season.
What Dark Wolf is, big picture
This is a prequel spin-off to The Terminal List. Before all that, Navy SEAL Ben Edwards gets pulled into the CIA’s black-ops gray zone. The deeper he goes, the harder it is to keep his worst impulses in check. The show leans into the whole two-wolves parable, and Dark Wolf isn’t exactly subtle about it:
"Every man has two wolves inside him – light and dark – fighting for control. Which wolf will Ben Edwards feed?"
Between the off-grid European hideout, the fallout from the botched airfield deal, and a revenge mission tied to Haverford’s mess, the finale looks set to answer that question. Or at least make a strong case.
