The Gilded Age Season 3 and 4 Other Most Anticipated TV Series to Be Released in June 2025

The finale of one of Netflix's biggest hits, two costume dramas, and a Marvel series about Tony Stark's successor.
We'll tell you about the main TV series that will premiere in June. The first month of summer will bring long-awaited returns and intriguing new releases.
1. The Gilded Age Season 3
Release Date: June 22, 2025
HBO is returning with The Gilded Age, a costume drama created by Downton Abbey's Julian Fellowes. The series is set during a time when the hereditary nobility felt threatened by the newly rich.
The series vividly depicts class conflict and provides an informative look at the secular mores of the time and the rapid development of New York.
Fans of The White Lotus will surely give the series a chance, as one of the main roles is played by Carrie Coon, star of the third season.
2. Ironheart
Release Date: June 24, 2025
A couple of years ago, when Disney believed that viewers would watch any project bearing the Marvel name, the company announced Ironheart, a spin-off about Riri Williams, a brilliant MIT student who develops armor to rival Tony Stark's.
The series was filmed in 2022, when the character first appeared on screen in the Black Panther sequel. However, as we know, things went awry for Marvel.
This also affected the strategy to save Ironheart, which sat on the shelf for years waiting for its moment of glory.
3. Squid Game Season 3
Release Date: June 27, 2025
We are eagerly awaiting to see if Hwang Dong-hyuk will be able to handle the pressure that comes with being a hit show's creator in order to end the story of the deadly games and Seong Gi-hun, who became the participants' savior, in a logical and spectacular way.
The only confusing thing is the number of episodes in the new season – only six. Will this be enough, or will Netflix decide to continue the story through spin-offs? We will find out very soon.
4. The Buccaneers Season 2
Release Date: June 18, 2025
A couple of years ago, Apple attempted to compete with the ever-popular Bridgerton, a pseudo-historical drama in which spectacle, clip-like visual techniques, and pop-Victorian aesthetics are more important than authenticity.
The result was The Buccaneers – a sweet dramedy about freedom-loving American women of the 1870s looking for suitors among puritanical English rich men.
Despite its impressive scale, the series went completely unnoticed by viewers, so the second season will be decisive: The Buccaneers will either hook the audience or be canceled.
5. The Bear Season 4
Release Date: June 25, 2025
Many fans were disappointed by the third season of The Bear: the fast-paced plot slowed down, turning into a series of repetitions and fan service. The characters quarreled and yelled at each other again, and the best episode was a lyrical flashback.
As for the new season, the punctuality of the creators is notable, especially when prestigious series take years to produce. The Bear is consistently released every June.
We expect at least some semblance of progress from the new episodes – any plot changes, and new conflicts.
