So far, the Bridgerton universe has featured two seasons of Bridgerton and a highly acclaimed prequel, Queen Charlotte. Each love story in this romantic Old London universe is compelling and unique, making them difficult to rank. But we gave it a shot anyway.

8. Lord Ledger & Lady Danbury

Although formative for Lady Danbury's character, the adulterous relationship between Violet's father and the young, recently widowed Agatha Danbury was a source of suffering for both characters, placing it at the bottom of our list.

7. Brimsley & Reynolds

The King and Queen's valets might be the Bridgerton universe's cutest couple. However, their duty-versus-love dynamic rendered their relationship more tragic than joyful. We are still waiting to find out Reynolds' fate.

6. Colin & Penelope

So far, the main couple of Season 3 has experienced limited tender moments amid a sea of drama. Penelope has harboured a crush on Colin since childhood, while Colin never truly saw her as a romantic prospect.

5. Edmund & Violet

The Lady and the late Lord Bridgerton are arguably the most loving couple in the Briderton universe. However, their tragic end, depicted in detail in Season 2, casts a shadow over their relationship. We remain hopeful for a spinoff that delves deeper into their love story.

Daphne Bridgerton and the Duke of Hastings drew viewers to Bridgerton, captivating them throughout Season 1. However, subsequent seasons introduced other couples with arguably stronger chemistry and more compelling narratives.

Eloise Bridgerton and Theo Sharpe may not be the series' ultimate romantic conclusion, but they've undeniably resonated with viewers due to their unique dynamic and cross-class romance. Their shared values suggest they're a perfect match despite their different backgrounds.

It's undeniable: Season 2 of Bridgerton was charged with suggestive glances, electric chemistry, and palpable sexual tension, primarily due to the enemies-to-lovers arc of Kate Sharma and Anthony Bridgerton. Even with the guarantee of a happy ending, they kept us on the edge of our seats.
