This quirky blonde microbiologist proves that both dynamite, and iconic insults, come in small packages.

When we first met the small new blonde addition to the Big Bang Theory, we had no idea that she could have such sharp comebacks and quick wit, made especially funny by her high pitched tone.

The iconic geeky sitcom threw its characters into many hilarious situations, with many Bernadette's responses to these situations becoming comedy gold.

'You b*****s got a problem with that, we can stop the car right now!' (Season 6 Episode 18)

Amy and Penny quickly learned not to get in between Bernadette and her favorite princess, in a moment that saw Bernadette acting more like a wicked stepsister.

En route to Disneyland, Bernadette mentioned going to get a princess makeover. However, it turned out that all three women were eager to dress up as Cinderella, but Bernadette was not having it, and sharply told them, 'I'm driving. I'm Cinderella!' followed by her sassy line where she threatened to stop the car.

'If I wanted to, I could wipe it out with my thumb like a God.' (Season 6, Episode 21)

One of Bernadette's many memorable traits is her unexpected dark side, and questionable morals. This conversation between Bernadette and Penny starts off innocently, with Bernadette, a microbiologist, expressing her awe after her first time looking at organisms through a microscope, but her sweet sentiment about the tiny universe under the lens doesn't last long, as she ends with her dark comment about wiping it all away.

'You better find my husband's mother 'cause one way or another, we're walking out of this airport with a dead woman.' (Season 8, Episode 16)

This was one of Bernadette's meanest moments, but testament to how much she cared about Howard. She knew how important his late mother was to him, and after the airport lost the suitcase with his mother's ashes, she was in savage mode. Her threat to the female airport clerk may have been intense, but it came from her endearing love for her husband.

'Is it maybe because, like Sheldon's work, your sex life is also theoretical?' (Season 6, Episode 9)

It's clear that no one is safe from Bernadette's retorts, and when she and Amy began to bicker about their partners, Bernadette delivers one hilarious, friendship ending sentence that insults Sheldon's career, and his and Amy's love life all at once.

'Hey Vivian, you deserve this. And at least with you gone, no one will steal my yogurt out of the fridge.' (Season 7, Episode 19)

Bernadette had absolutely no intention of being mean when she wrote this in a 'get well soon card' after her colleague had been involved in a car accident, because she believed she was writing in a farewell card for her colleague's retirement.

The misunderstood context is hilarious, especially since she ended the message off with, 'P.S. good luck wherever you wind up.'
