Starring Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain, the film tells the story of Charles Cullen, a New Jersey nurse who is believed to have killed about three hundred people during his sixteen-year career. The Good Nurse centers on Amy, who works at a New Jersey clinic despite her heart condition. To help her with the workload, the hospital hires Charles, with whom she quickly becomes friends. Soon, patients at the hospital start dying mysteriously, and the police ask Amy to prove that Charles is behind the sudden deaths.
