Roblox The Forge: Exact Goblin Cave Location Revealed
Grinding ore at Stonewake’s Cross and battling through Forgotten Island is just the warm-up—The Forge hides a secret dungeon, the Goblin Cave, buried on the island, and cracking its entrance demands specific steps, not brute force.
If you thought you had The Forge on Roblox figured out, there is a locked dungeon tucked away on the Forgotten Island that proves otherwise. It is called the Goblin Cave, and yes, getting in is exactly the kind of grindy side quest you think it is. The upside: the rewards inside are genuinely late-game worthy.
What and where is the Goblin Cave?
The Goblin Cave is a hidden dungeon on the Forgotten Island. The Forge already has plenty to do between Stonewake's Cross and the island itself, but this cave is a separate, secret space you have to unlock before you can mine it or clear it.
How to get in (without losing your mind)
First, spawn your Teleporter. Head to the Forgotten Island and make your way to the Forge. From there, take a left and sprint until you see two Goblin Guards on your right. They will not attack you, so breeze past them and keep walking straight. You will hit the Goblin King, parked on his throne like he owns the server.
Talk to him, and he will hand you five fetch-and-fund tasks. You have to finish all of them to earn the key that opens the cave.
- Task 1: 5,000 Gold
- Task 2: 10,000 Gold + 3 Topaz
- Task 3: 15,000 Gold + 5 Diamonds
- Task 4: 20,000 Gold + 5 Emeralds
- Task 5: 25,000 Gold + 5 Rubies
When you are done, you will get the Goblin Cave Key. From the King’s throne, look left and you will see a door. Walk up, hit 'E' to use the key, and you are in. It is a time sink, but it is not busywork for nothing.
Why it is worth the hassle
The Goblin Cave is a late-game dungeon for a reason. Inside, you can mine a spread of rare crystals: Crimson, Blue, Orange, and Purple. On top of that, there is a chance to pull the flashy stuff: Rainbow Crystal and Arcane Crystal. Those can be forged into your weapons or armor to give them a unique look, so it is not just stat-chasing; it is also a style upgrade.
The cave is not just rocks, either. You will run into Slimes and Blazing Slimes, and taking them out gives you a shot at Slimite. Also worth noting if you are a completionist: you will need access to the Goblin Cave to finish the Lost Cat Quest.
Short version: yes, the Goblin King makes you pay up front, but the cave pays you back in rare mats and endgame crafting options. If you are already deep into The Forge, this is the next box to tick.
