And now that Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is released, fans have a new internet boyfriend from the Bridgerverse — Corey Mylchreest, who portrays young King George.
Playing the well-developed and complicated character of the recently crowned King of England, Corey Mylchreest struck a massive chord with the viewers. The role in the new Bridgerton spin-off has put him on the road to stardom and fan love, and now people can't help but wonder whom the actor is dating in real life.
The chemistry between Mylchreest and India Amarteifio, who plays the young Queen Charlotte, was so palpable that many thought the two might have developed romantic feelings behind the camera. However, this is not the case, and the young George's actor does have a girlfriend who he has apparently been dating for some time.
Corey Mylchreest chooses to keep his private life under wraps. There are no photos of his girlfriend on his social media accounts, but the actor mentioned her in some interviews. For example, Mylchreest told Extra that after he got the job on the prequel, he decided to watch the parent series, which he hadn't seen before.
'I sat down with my girlfriend and we did the whole shebang,' the new Bridgerverse heartthrob said.
Another interview that went viral on TikTok is a podcast where host Liv Marks asked Corey where he was when he found out he got the Queen Charlotte gig.
'I was at my girlfriend's place,' the actor replied, sending dozens of fans into a frenzy.
After such a revelation, it did not take long for fans to find Corey Mylchreest's girlfriend. Although the woman's name was not revealed, photos of the couple soon appeared on TikTok.
