Osgood Perkins’ Most Talked-About Horror Finally Gets Digital, 4K, and Blu-ray Release Dates
Neon sets digital, 4K and Blu-ray dates for Keeper, Osgood Perkins’ latest horror chiller, which follows a couple on a romantic escape and currently sits at 48% on Rotten Tomatoes after a divisive theatrical run.
Neon is rolling out Osgood Perkins' new horror thriller 'Keeper' at home. If you skipped it in theaters (a lot of you did, judging by the chatter), you can finally check it out without leaving the couch. Heads up: critics have been split, and it currently sits at 48% on Rotten Tomatoes. Your mileage may vary.
Release plan
'Keeper' hits digital to rent or buy tomorrow, December 9, 2025. Physical follows on January 20, 2026, with Blu-ray, DVD, and a 4K Combo Pack. Simple enough.
What it's about
Anniversary weekend, secluded cabin, what could go wrong? Malcolm and Liz head out for a romantic getaway, but Malcolm abruptly bolts back to the city, leaving Liz alone in the woods. From there, she’s stuck dealing with something malignant in and around the cabin, and we start to learn why this place should probably come with a warning sign.
Who made it (and who is in it)
Perkins directed from a script by Nick Lepard. This is also a quick turnaround reunion between Perkins and Tatiana Maslany after they worked together on 'The Monkey'. Maslany not only stars, she also executive produced.
- Tatiana Maslany (Emmy winner; 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law')
- Rossif Sutherland ('Murder in a Small Town')
- Tess Degenstein ('Space Janitors')
- Glen Gordon ('Providence Falls')
- Birkett Turton ('Blade: Trinity')
- Erin Boyes ('Waking Up to Danger')
- Christin Park ('The Wrong Paris')
- Gina Vultaggio ('Prom Pact')
- Claire Friesen
- ...and more
Behind the camera
Executive producers include Maslany alongside Bonner Bellew, Fred Berger, Dave Caplan, John Hegeman, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Marlaina Mah, Laurie May, Peter Micelli, Noah Segal, and Vince Totino. The team also features cinematography by Jeremy Cox, music by Edo Van Breeman, and editing by Graham Fortin and Greg Ng.
If you like Perkins' particular brand of eerie slow-burn, this one might play even better at home with the lights off. If not, at least the release dates are easy: digital tomorrow, discs January 20.
