Keeping it in the family.

After two photos appeared recently that showed 90s supermodels Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford and Helena Christensen, followed by their three nepo-model children, we thought we’d take a look at the aspiring careers of the next generation.

So, who are they and what have they been up to so far in their fledgling celebrity careers.

Grace Burns

Grace Burns is the daughter of model and humanitarian Christy Turlington. She’s pretty popular on TikTok and Instagram and occasionally posts photos and videos with her mom.

The New Yorker has appeared on the front covers of Homme Girls and Pop, and she appears to be following in the famous footsteps of her supermodel mother. And she recently did a photoshoot for Carolina Herrera and took to social media to thank all those who helped make it happen.

With a famous mother and a personality made for fame, Grace Burns clearly has a bright future ahead of her. One thing we can rule out, though, is a career in music – if the video of her and her mom singing karaoke is anything to go by.

Kaia Gerber

Kaia Gerber (daughter of Cindy Crawford) was the first model born in the noughties to achieve Vogue’s Big Four – front covers of the US, UK, French and Italian versions of the mag.

Her first runway appearance came in 2016, for Calvin Klein, and by that time she’d already won The Daily’s Breakthrough Model Award in 2015.

In 2018, she was named Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards, and she worked with her mother on a shoot for Omega.

Gerber made her acting debut at the age of 15 and has appeared on several shows already. Two more, teen sex comedy Bottoms, and period comedy Palm Royale are set for release in the not-too-distant future.

Mingus Reedus

The son of Danish model Helene Christensen and The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus, Mingus has done a bit of modelling – posing with his mom for Victoria’s Secret and taking to the runway to model for Versace in 2023.

He was named after a jazz pianist and upright bassist Charles Mingus and makes music under the pseudonym Jvng Lizard.

In 2021, he was charged with assaulting a woman at the San Gennaro Festival in Little Italy. After entering a guilty plea, he was ordered to attend 5 counselling sessions.
