My Hero Academia Season 8 Episode 4 Drops Soon: Exact Release Time and How to Stream Anywhere

My Hero Academia’s final season barrels ahead as Episode 4 drops October 25, 2025, aiming to top Bakugo’s explosive return and the breathtaking rescue of All Might.
Bakugo finally roared back into the fight last week, and now the show has to keep that same adrenaline going. Season 8 is the last lap for My Hero Academia, and Bones Film is very clearly emptying the tank on the All For One/Tomura endgame. It looks great, it hits hard, and for a series a lot of us grew up with, it’s also a little bittersweet.
When Episode 4 drops
My Hero Academia Season 8 Episode 4 lands Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 5:30 pm JST in Japan. That’s the local TV broadcast. Everywhere else, the streaming release typically pops up about an hour later.
Here’s how the broadcast time converts globally:
- Pacific Daylight Time (PDT): Sat, Oct 25, 2025 - 1:30 am

Again, add roughly one hour for the streaming drop. For example, it should appear online around 3:00 pm in India and 5:30 pm in the Philippines.
Where to watch
In Japan, new episodes air on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV first. Outside Asia, Crunchyroll has the final season streaming. In the Asia-Pacific region, Medialink carries it. In the US, Hulu will also have Episode 4. Some countries get it on Netflix too. One caveat: no English dub yet for this episode.
Quick catch-up: Season 8 so far
Episode 1 revisited the Season 7 finale but added useful context for Armored All Might, including how far he can push that suit. When he’s about to hit a wall, Stain steps in to keep the mission alive.
Episode 2 spikes the tension. Stain dies, which clears a brutal path forward for All Might. All For One levels up even further, completely overpowers the former No. 1, and is seconds away from tearing him apart when Bakugo makes his entrance.
Episode 3 goes all-in on Bakugo: his mindset, his need to set things right, and the opening exchange of his fight with All For One. The animation is gorgeous and the energy feels like classic early MHA, just with far higher stakes.
Episode 4 title and what’s coming next
Episode 4 is titled "Quirk: Explosion!!" Subtle, right? Expect the Bakugo vs. All For One showdown to escalate, and the upcoming stretch should also dig into All For One’s origin story, including how he exploited Yoichi. Given that title, the episode may point toward Bakugo finally turning the tide on All For One. At minimum, it should be loud, fast, and very cathartic.
