It looks like the dating show's hosts are starting to annoy fans quite a bit.

Netflix's Love is Blind certainly has a unique premise that has made the reality show (or some of its seasons, at least) a truly compelling watch. Unfortunately, fans say that the series' winning formula has gotten a bit stale over the years, with the fourth season proving that the idea of forcing couples to engage without meeting each other first is pretty weird and downright hurtful.

Now it looks like there's just one more thing that makes watching Love is Blind a real struggle for fans — the show's hosts, Nick and Vanessa Lachey.

While viewers hated Nick as a host long before this season was released, his performance on the Season 4 reunion episode was 'abysmal,' according to fans. People were appalled because both Nick and Vanessa did everything in their power to divert attention from the contestants to themselves by constantly talking about their own problems and desires.

No wonder the show's fans decided to put pressure on Netflix to fire the hosts — and they used a rather unorthodox method to achieve their goal!

A fan named Libby Cross started an online petition asking Netflix to remove Nick and Vanessa, citing their egotism and poor hosting skills as the main reasons. Perhaps this petition was started as a joke initially, but it has been signed by more than 40 thousand fans already!

With so many viewers claiming their desire to see Nick and Vanessa fired, Netflix is sure to react — and fans are looking forward to hearing from the producers.

The petition doesn't mention if Nick Lachey's work on Netflix's The Ultimatum and Perfect Match is as hated as his Love is Blind duties, but it looks like most people would be okay if the streaming service decided to let him go from all of their projects.

Fans urge other viewers not to feel sorry for the spouses, as Nick's $25 million net worth and multiple projects prove that he doesn't really need Love is Blind to support the family. Most people are sure that Netflix is bound to listen to their plea, as ignoring such a large part of the fandom would be totally unwise.
