Kylie Jenner Picked the Best Show of 2022, And You Can't Argue With Her Choice
Tastes vary, but we all have our favorites. And when our tastes coincide with someone else's, we can't help but agree with that person's good choice.
Despite being one of Hollywood's most controversial personalities, Kylie Jenner is still one of the top celebrities in the world. The star of the reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians has the fourth most popular account on Instagram. She's a famous socialite who often makes headlines.
Kylie also has a YouTube account, where she posts her annual recaps of her favorite things from the year, from travel locations to TV shows.
In her 2022 Year In Review, Kylie revealed that the TV show she had enjoyed most that year was House of the Dragon on HBO.
In fact, she didn’t hesitate for a second to say that the Game of Thrones prequel was ‘obviously’ her favorite and even admitted to having watched the show at least five times. This is quite a score even for such a big deal of a series.
The prequel of ubiquitously popular Game of Thrones was so hyped up, that it was watched by millions of people worldwide when the first episode was released. Despite garnering some criticism from some of GOT’s fans and facing rejection from some of the original’s actors, House of the Dragon was generally highly acclaimed.
No wonder Kylie Jenner felt the urge to rewatch the ten episodes several times.
The prequel revolves around the prominent families of Westeros, such as the Targaryens, and takes place roughly two hundred years before the events of Game of Thrones. It focuses on the conflict within the royal family that conquered and united the continent about a hundred years ago. House of the Dragon is based on the 2018 book Fire & Blood by J.R.R. Martin, who also co-writes the show.
The overnight success has granted the prequel another season. And Kylie Jenner will only make it more popular with viewers. It's only natural to wonder how many times she'll watch House of the Dragon's second season when it's released.
