Josh Hartnett's Wife is a Famous Actress: Here's Where You've Seen Her Before
She has quite a few roles under her belt.
Josh Hartnett may not be the most high-profile actor, but he is still a big name in today's Hollywood, boasting a long list of roles in hit movies of the 1990s and 2000s. More recently, fans admired the actor's performance in Black Mirror's Season 6 episode, 'Beyond the Sea,' which has been acclaimed as the most powerful in the series' latest installment.
But Hartnett isn't the only star in the family, as his wife, Tamsin Egerton, is an actress too, and she's made quite a name for herself over her 20-year career.
British actress Tamsin Egerton, 34, started her career at the age of 13, starring in the miniseries The Mists of Avalon as well as playing on stage at the Royal Shakespeare Company. In 2005, 17-year-old actress made her big-screen debut in the black comedy Keeping Mum, opposite Rowan Atkinson, Maggie Smith, and Patrick Swayze.
Two years later, Egerton landed her breakthrough role in the comedy St Trinian's, and in 2011, she played King Arthur's wife Guinevere in the Irish-Canadian fantasy drama Camelot.
The actress met Josh Hartnett on the set of The Lovers, where they played spouses. The stars have always kept a low profile about their relationship, but fans believe they started dating sometime while filming the movie, that is in 2011–2012.
Egerton and Hartnett have had three children in their decade-long relationship. Their youngest child was born in 2019, but the public only learned about it two years later. Likewise, the couple's private wedding, which took place in London in 2021, made headlines a whole year after the event.
'The thing I am most proud of is that I'm a father of three and I have a good relationship with my partner and a great family life and I'm still able to do good work and, as I've got older, the characters have become more interesting,' Hartnett shared in 2021.
It looks like Josh Hartnett and Tamsin Egerton are very happy as a family, and we wish them all the best in their personal lives and careers.
