Previously on Watson
Episode 3, titled "Expletive Deleted," put the spotlight on Max Bowers, a 30-year-old who looks like she is 10 because of a rare medical condition. It is one of those cases that is as much about identity as it is about medicine, and the episode leans into both. Watson and the team chase the diagnosis, and by the end, the answer they land on is lupus. Meanwhile, Dr. Ingrid Derian makes her way back onto the team, but she is clearly carrying her own baggage that is going to matter.
Episode 4 release timing

Where to watch and what to know about CBS
You will find Episode 4 on CBS. The network started as a radio operation back in 1927 and jumped into television in the 1940s. It is one of the Big Three broadcasters, and its history is stacked: What’s My Line? and CSI to Two and a Half Men and Criminal Minds. These days it is still a staple with NCIS, FBI, Ghosts, and Survivor keeping the lights very much on.
