HBO Max New Releases Schedule September 15–21, 2025: Every TV Show and Movie Coming This Week
From hotly anticipated premieres to hidden gems, here’s your complete guide to everything dropping on HBO Max this week—you won’t want to miss what’s new.
Max (yes, they are still calling it HBO Max in the listings) is loading up the week of September 15–21 with a very Warner Bros. Discovery buffet: true-crime, Food Network comfort TV, wrench-turning how-tos, a couple HGTV staples, and some science and history curios. If you like flipping between pumpkin bakes and psych profiles, this is your week.
The headliners (and the oddities)
Monday starts dark with 'Signs of a Psychopath' Season 10 (from ID). It is exactly what it sounds like: case studies of modern killers whose outward behavior did not always scream danger. The episodes dig into the traits that are hard to spot until it is far too late.
Balancing that out, also Monday, 'Truck U' hits Season 21. Master mechanic and drag racer Bruno Massel teams with monster truck vet Matt Steele to walk you through upgrades for Jeeps, trucks, SUVs, and 4x4s. It is hands-on, step-by-step stuff for the folks who actually turn a socket wrench.
Tuesday is Food Network day. 'Chopped: Volume 4, Season 62' lands, and yes, that label is weird. Translation: Max is packaging a chunk of the long-running series as 'Volume 4,' but you are watching Season 62 episodes. This batch is teams-based: four pairs cooking through the classic three-round basket chaos.
Also Tuesday, 'Halloween Baking Championship' returns for Season 11. Bakers go all-in on spooky-themed creations, and the winner walks away with $25,000. If you are already drifting into Halloween mode, this scratches the itch.
The rest of the week mixes home renos and factual TV. '100 Day Dream Home' is back for Season 7, 'Built in the Bronx' and 'Truck Dynasty' add some Discovery grit, and Saturday/Sunday lean into haunted houses and big mysteries. One very inside-baseball note: Max lists 'Bea's Block' as 'Season 1D' on Thursday. That is not a typo here—that is how it is labeled in the schedule. And there is a Mexico-set Max Original true-crime doc dropping too, 'Who Killed Our Daughter?'
