Nina and Ian sparked a relationship in 2010 and continued to date until 2013. A year after their breakup, Ian moved on to Twilight actress Nikki Reed who was also Nina's good friend, which immediately sparked rumors of a love triangle much like the one his character was in on the show.

Kayla Ewell had a brief relationship with co-star Zach Roerig in 2010. Kayla went on to marry Tanner Novlan in 2015 and the pair are still happily married with two children.

Zach Roerig had relationships with co-stars Kayla Ewell and Natalie King during his time on the show, and again in 2017 with another co-star Nathalie Kelley. The Vampire Diaries alum is currently single.

Matthew Davis married Ozark actor Kiley Casciano just three hours after popping the question in a grocery store. The crazy pair are still married and share two children.

Another actor who found love on the set of TVD is Joseph Morgan who met Persia White on set in 2011 and clearly hit it off behind the scenes and has been happily married since 2014.
