• The Brotherhood of Steel, under Owyn Lyons' leadership, eventually found it. They failed to revive it multiple times.

So, the show revealing 'Liberty Prime Alpha' on a blueprint — while Quintus rebrands himself from unifier to destroyer — sets up Season 3 as a Brotherhood power play built around a walking apocalypse.
