Hunting ultra-rare Brainrots in Roblox Steal a Brainrot? Load up on Luck, the in-game item with multiple tiers that boosts your server’s Red Carpet spawn odds and tilts the odds in your favor.

Steal a Brainrot has a whole thing going on with Luck. Not the concept — an actual item that cranks up your server's odds of rare Brainrots popping on the Red Carpet. If you want the cool stuff, you are going to need it. Here is how Luck works, what types exist, and the few ways you can actually get it without emptying your wallet.

So... what is Luck and why should you care?

Luck is a server-wide multiplier. The higher the number, the better the spawn rates for rarer Brainrots in that server. It does not make you personally lucky — it buffs the entire server you are in. If you are hunting the rare ones, you want that multiplier as high as possible.

Every Luck type in Steal a Brainrot (and how to get each)

  • 2x Luck: Buy it in the Shop, occasionally win it from the Spin Wheel, sometimes handed out via the Advent Calendar, or triggered by the Admin Machine or during an Admin Abuse event.
  • 4x Luck: Buy it in the Shop, sometimes handed out via the Advent Calendar, or triggered by the Admin Machine or during an Admin Abuse event.
  • 6x Luck: Triggered by the Admin Machine or during an Admin Abuse event.
  • 8x Luck: Triggered by the Admin Machine or during an Admin Abuse event.
  • 10x Luck: Triggered by the Admin Machine or during an Admin Abuse event.
  • 12x Luck: Triggered by the Admin Machine or during an Admin Abuse event.

Yes, there is a 15x Luck coming

The community wiki says 15x Luck is on the way. If it lands, expect it to be Admin-only territory — either the Admin Machine kicks it off or it shows up during an Admin Abuse burst, since it would be the top-tier multiplier.

Buying Luck: what it costs and how it stacks

Only two tiers are actually for sale, and the game makes you work for anything higher:

- Tap the Shop icon on the left side of the screen. Base server Luck is 1x.

- Bump to 2x for 249 Robux.

- Want 4x? You have to buy again to upgrade from 2x to 4x — that second purchase is 999 Robux. It is a steep climb for an extra bump, but it does move the needle on rare spawns.

Free and RNG routes (if you do not want to spend)

- The Advent Calendar is currently handing out free Brainrots and Luck for logging in. Do not skip days.

- The Admin Machine can randomly trigger higher Luck multipliers. Check it daily; it is one of the few ways to touch 6x and above.

- The Spin Wheel can sometimes grant 2x Luck. It is a long shot, but it is there.

- Admin Abuse events (their term, not mine) are basically dev-triggered server boosts, usually rolled out before major updates. If you see one, jump in — that is when the multipliers spike.

What to expect next

SpyderSammy, the dev behind Steal a Brainrot, has been iterating pretty fast, so more Luck tiers could get added later. For now, though, this is the full lineup. Bottom line: the higher your server's Luck multiplier, the better your odds on the Red Carpet. If you are chasing rare Brainrots, plan around Shop bumps, daily checks on the Admin Machine, and those time-limited admin events.
