A California lawsuit targets Roblox and Discord for allegedly letting kids stumble into P Diddy and Jeffrey Epstein-themed games — from DIDDY SURVIVAL and diddy party to Freaky Diddy Simulator — reigniting outrage amid renewed scrutiny of Diddy’s legal saga.

Here is a story I wish wasn’t real: kids’ platforms, a rap mogul’s prison sentence, and a lawsuit that reads like a horror film. It’s all connected, and it’s uglier the deeper you go.

Roblox, Discord, and a lawsuit nobody should be surprised by

In July 2025, Roblox and Discord were hit with a 105-page lawsuit in California that accuses both companies of negligence after an 11-year-old girl was allegedly groomed and sexually assaulted by a predator she met through their platforms. The filing resurfaced just as Sean 'Diddy' Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison, and yes, those worlds collide: the lawsuit highlights how Roblox hosted Diddy and Jeffrey Epstein-themed content that kids could find with minimal effort.

According to a Court Watch report cited in the complaint, games titled 'DIDDY SURVIVAL,' 'diddy party,' and 'Freaky Diddy Simulator' were publicly searchable to anyone logged in until Roblox quietly scrubbed them. The filing also points to Roblox experiences riffing on 'Epstein’s Island' and so-called 'Diddy parties' that essentially turned real-world crimes into edgelord mini-games. It’s as bleak as it sounds.

The suit leans on a 2024 Hindenburg Research report that flagged the scale of the problem: more than 600 Roblox games referenced Diddy, and over 900 accounts with variations of Jeffrey Epstein’s name were active in spaces designed for children. The complaint also calls out Roblox’s long-running moderation blind spot around 'condo games' - unofficial hubs where virtual nudity and simulated sexual acts reportedly flourish.

'They can also play games like "Public Bathroom Simulator Vibe," which allows access to users as young as nine years old and enables users to simulate sexual activity in virtual bathrooms, as well as virtual strip clubs, where child avatars perform sexually explicit acts.'

As of now, Roblox hasn’t issued a public comment on the lawsuit. Discord is named for its role in connecting users and enabling off-platform contact - the bridge predators constantly exploit.

Where Diddy’s legal chaos actually stands

Combs is fresh off a roughly four-year sentence - 50 months - on prostitution-related charges, but that’s not even close to the end of it. He’s still staring down nearly 70 civil lawsuits that accuse him of sexual violence and other serious misconduct. Legal analysts say the civil wave could bleed millions more from his estimated $400 million fortune, and the New York Post has pegged his legal fees in a federal sex-crimes case at over $15 million already.

Opinions on strategy are split. Attorney Nicole Brenecki thinks he may quietly settle some claims just to stop the constant churn, noting the financial hit would be minor relative to his overall wealth. Celebrity lawyer Bradford Cohen argues the opposite - that settling invites more lawsuits - and suggests many filings are thin on evidence, especially after Combs was acquitted of more serious sex-trafficking counts.

'He just got exonerated on multiple felonies - I think he’s going to come out stronger than ever.'

That prediction comes from former prosecutor David Setlzer, who points to Combs’ acquittals on the highest-profile charges. The stampede of cases really kicked off in late 2023, when ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura settled for $20 million after accusing him of rape and abuse. That payout triggered a flood of additional suits - some with little physical evidence - filed by men and women, adults and minors. One of the more sensational claims comes from co-founder Kirk Burrowes, who says he was forced to witness Combs’ sexual behavior and told to hire more gay male interns. Some cases have been tossed; others, including certain sexual assault allegations, are still live. It’s a grind that shows no sign of slowing.

He asked to serve time in New Jersey. The judge said no.

Combs tried to do his sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey so he could be closer to family and access the prison’s drug rehab programming. That request was denied, according to All Hip Hop. Judge Arun Subramanian explained that while the court can suggest a general area, the Bureau of Prisons chooses the actual facility. Per VIBE, the court will push for the New York metro region and note his interest in the Residential Drug Abuse Program, but that’s ultimately a BOP call.

'The Court will recommend a facility in the geographic location of the defense’s choosing, but not the specific facility, which is determined by the Bureau of Prisons.'

The recent conviction follows a two-month trial that included testimony from Ventura, Kid Cudi, and sex workers who say they attended his 'freak offs.' Prosecutors wanted 11 years; the judge handed down 50 months and a $500,000 fine. His team is appealing.

The uncomfortable overlap

It’s not every day a kid-focused platform gets dragged into a lawsuit that also references a high-profile defendant’s alleged parties and a notorious sex offender’s island. But here we are. The filing against Roblox and Discord isn’t just about bad taste in game titles - it alleges a pipeline where predators meet children, and it spells out how moderation failures and third-party messaging apps make that possible.

  • 50 months: Diddy’s prison sentence, plus a $500,000 fine - prosecutors asked for 11 years
  • Nearly 70: total civil lawsuits still targeting Combs
  • $400 million: Combs’ estimated net worth; legal fees reportedly already exceed $15 million
  • 600+: Roblox games referencing Diddy flagged by Hindenburg Research
  • 900+: Roblox accounts with variations of Jeffrey Epstein’s name active in kid spaces
  • Age 9: the minimum age the suit says could access 'Public Bathroom Simulator Vibe'
  • 1: denied request to serve at FCI Fort Dix; BOP picks the facility, not the judge

Bottom line: Combs is serving time while appealing, but his civil exposure is massive and messy. Roblox and Discord are facing a lawsuit that - if the allegations hold up - paints a damning picture of kid-first platforms letting some of the worst content imaginable slip through. None of this is normal, but it is the reality. And it’s not wrapping up anytime soon.
