Evans' toxic fandom seriously needs to stop their nonsense.

Without a doubt, Chris Evans is among the most popular actors in Hollywood, as his role as Captain America has made him one of the most desirable men in the movie industry.

Even though Evans retired from the MCU quite a while ago, millions of fans still follow him on social media and care deeply about his personal and professional life. But sometimes it looks like the fans would be better off leaving him alone.

Earlier this year, Chris announced to the world that he was officially dating Portuguese actress Alba Baptista, and thanks to photos of the couple, it was quite obvious that the two were madly in love. However, instead of supporting the actor, his own fans started to hate him and his new girlfriend, most likely feeling jealous of her.

It may sound crazy, but Evan's fans have been known for their toxicity for quite some time, as they have harassed and humiliated every girlfriend Chris has ever had, claiming that they all did not deserve him. And now that Chris has finally met the love of his life, people haven't stopped writing comments demanding that he break up with Alba.

Of course, most of the normal people in the fandom have been critical of this, accusing the crazy fans of ruining the actor's personal life, and Chris' brother Scott has recently decided to step up and urge people to stop their abysmal behavior.

'He's in a pretty serious relationship right now. People can ruin things very quickly, and the way people can be, it can make it pretty hard to date someone like that. Because you think like, "I'm just dating a person," and all of the sudden — it's article, after article, after post, after tag, after tag [...] just being like, "You are a piece of crap" to anybody he's tried to date and just destroying them [...] You only take that for so long, and it makes relationships kind of hard for [Chris],' Scott Evans said.

Let's hope Chris Evans' crazy fans come to their senses and let the actor and his girlfriend live a private and happy life.
