Although it's been almost a month since Halloween, The Voice UK coach and the Thor: Love and Thunder director are still making the world green with envy about their romantic holiday trip. Rita Ora and Taika Waititi traveled to a remote Shrek-themed Airbnb location in Scotland, where they had an adorable photoshoot dressed as the beloved characters.
Just recently, the Our Flag Means Death actor shared details about the trip. And the couple's love story has become even sweeter to look at.
'An Article came out that Airbnb had made this Shrek replica of Shrek's house in the middle of Scotland, way out in the middle of nowhere… Everyone would think that we had a photo camera crew and stuff. That was just us two driving to the middle of nowhere. She painted herself green. She revealed she had brought these costumes and that we were getting "content,"' Taika Waititi commented on the fancy-dress trip in an interview.
A Young Family
Taika Waititi and Rita Ora have been dating since 2021, and fans have been swooning over their mutual affection and cuteness. It seems that the two were quite happy together, as they got married just one year later, in August 2022. Furthermore, this happy glow seems to continue in 2023 as well. At the very least, the two celebrities appear to be just as enamored with each other as they were two years ago.
'Most of the great and instant things in my life are because of Rita,' Taika Waititi said of his wife of one year.
