ARC Raiders is dominating timelines, and Embark Studios just cranked up the chaos with a hidden bunker — a loot-rich death trap swarming with Raiders and ARCs. Think you can find it and get out alive?

ARC Raiders has been out for a bit and has already blown up thanks to its crunchy gunplay and slick mechanics. Now Embark Studios quietly slipped something new into the mix: a hidden bunker. Yes, really. It is live, it is buried, and it is already crawling with Raiders and ARCs. Here is where to find it and what you actually get for going in.

So… there is a hidden bunker now

Embark flagged it in the 1.1.0 patch notes alongside fresh map conditions. The update rolled out with two new environmental twists — an electronic storm and the Blue Gate night raid condition — and, tucked in there, these hidden bunkers. The one players are finding now sits on the outskirts of Spaceport.

Where to find it

The bunker you are looking for is just south of the Departure Building at Spaceport. The simplest approach is to start near Fuel Processing, then move toward the main entrance of the Departure Building and scan the area carefully on your way in. It is easy to walk right past if you are not actively looking.

  • Start at Fuel Processing and head toward the Departure Building entrance
  • Search the area just south of the Departure Building
  • Watch for enemies — the spot is already a hotspot for Raiders and ARCs

What is inside

It is not just a single room. The bunker has multiple levels and side spaces to clear, and because this is a live world, expect traps and other players who may have already picked it over. You will find lockers with fairly standard loot — nothing game-breaking, but not a waste of time either.

The interesting wrinkle is the terminals scattered through different rooms. You can interact with them to kick off a short download. Stay close for about 30 seconds and you will bank experience when it completes. There are multiple terminals, so you can repeat the process more than once in a single run.

Why this might matter later

Players are split on what these terminals are really for. One camp thinks these downloads could be pieces of a rare blueprint that will pay off in a future update. The other camp says it is a straight-up XP pad and nothing deeper. Until Embark spells it out, consider it a two-for-one: some loot now, plus easy XP, with a chance it turns into something bigger down the line.

The quick take

If you are already grinding Spaceport, swing by the area south of the Departure Building and poke around. Even if the bunker ends up being a simple XP farm, the returns are decent and the loot is fine for topping up before your next raid. And if the blueprint theory pans out, you will be glad you started early.
