The third brother finally gets his chance to shine.

For almost two decades, Macaulay Culkin was the most famous of the Culkin brothers, thanks to his impressive string of performances as a child. However, as Macaulay grew up, he began to spend less time on movie sets and more time partying and having fun. By the end of the last decade, his brother Kieran had become the next big thing, as the actor was practically showered with Emmy nominations for his incredible performance on HBO's Succession.

Now it looks like the third brother, Rory Culkin, is preparing to steal the spotlight from his older siblings.

Like the other Culkins, Rory began acting as a child, but even a leading role in 2002's Signs didn't make him a big star. Fast forward two decades, and Rory is certainly more in demand than ever, starring in movies like Lords of Chaos and Columbus. But it looks like 2023 is going to be the year of Rory, all thanks to his supporting role in Black Mirror Season 6.

In the episode 'Beyond The Sea,' widely considered to be the best of the bunch, Rory Culkin played the sadistic leader of some sort of a cult who breaks into the house of Josh Hartnett's character and kills his entire family in front of him. Rory has skillfully channeled his inner Charles Manson, so this horrific scene will definitely make many people lose sleep after watching it.

Rory's earlier roles as Euronymous in Lords of the Chaos, Samuel Lafferty in Under the Banner of Heaven, and Charlie Walker in Scream 4 prove that the actor is determined to become famous for portraying creepy characters. And with his recent appearance on Black Mirror, Rory will surely get the exposure he has deserved all these years and step out of his brothers' shadows.

What's more, Rory Culkin is not letting his momentum go to waste, as he has already signed on to star in two projects, taking the lead role in the upcoming Civil War thriller A Worthy Man and co-starring with Luke Evans in the high-octane movie 5lbs of Pressure. It looks like Rory will be a household name in no time if he continues his winning streak.
