AHS Fans Already Agreed on Their Favorite Season 12 Newcomer (And No, It's Not Kim K)
One actress stole the show.
Despite every season of American Horror Story since 1984 being considered subpar, undermined by ludicrous scripts, poor acting, and questionable decisions from all involved, it appears that Ryan Murphy is finally ready to stop neglecting the show that brought him fame, as he has finally gotten around to restoring AHS to its former glory instead of neglecting it while focusing on his Netflix projects.
The first episode of season 12 has premiered, and despite initial concerns from fans about Kim Kardashian in one of the lead roles and the fact that the season is based on a book, it would appear that this chapter in AHS history is set to be an absolute thrill.
Fans loved the finale, lauding both Emma Roberts and Kim for their performances while marveling at the number of new actors joining the franchise. With big names like Cara Delevingne and Matt Czuchry to relative newcomers like Tavi Gevinson and Maaz Ali, Season 12's cast of newcomers shows a lot of potential. However, only one can be named the best by the fandom.
Unexpected Choice
Many were confident that either Kim or Cara would be hailed as the best AHS newcomer, but another actress stole the limelight from them - Julie White. She played the ominous Ms. Preecher, who haunted Roberts' character throughout the first episode.
While White may not be as renowned as some of the other actors on this list, she has a significant fan base who remember her roles in Grace Under Fire and the original Transformers trilogy. Fans are delighted to see White again, as such a prominent role will undoubtedly boost her career to greater heights than ever before.
Furthermore, some were even bold enough to say that White and Kim were the only actors who truly managed to surprise viewers in the AHS Season 12 premiere.
'Julie White and Kim were the only characters from the premiere that stood out to me. Julie delivered the eeriness and Kim delivered the camp. Both needed for AHS,' a fan pointed out.
