4 Actors to Play the Next Fantastic Four: Who Are They?

As the MCU continues to expand despite the poor performance of The Marvels, new projects are in the works as you read this. A new, revamped installment of Fantastic Four is one of them. And just recently the cast was announced.
Here is what we know about the actors who will play the next Fantastic Four.
Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic
The best Internet Daddy probably needs no introduction, but we're going to give you a little background on him anyway. Over the decades, Pedro Pascal has appeared in numerous movies and TV shows, which is why he's remembered by different generations for different roles. In the 2000s, the actor had episodic roles in several popular procedural dramas such as Law & Order and CSI. In the 2010s, Pascal appeared on HBO's hit fantasy drama Game of Thrones. More recently, he has starred in The Mandalorian and The Last of Us.
Mr. Fantastic was portrayed by Ioan Gruffudd in the 2005 and 2007 installments of Fantastic Four and by John Krasinski in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman
This young British actress has had a fascinating career. To Netflix viewers, Kirby is probably best known as the actress behind Princess Margaret in seasons 1 and 2 of The Crown. Action fans may know her from her role as White Widow in the Mission: Impossible franchise. Vanessa also starred opposite Joaquin Phoenix in 2023's Napoleon.
Jessica Alba played The Invisible Woman in the 2005 and 2007 movies.
Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch
Although Joseph Quinn doesn't have a long filmography, he has appeared in a number of notable projects. First and foremost, the British actor played Eddie Munson in Season 4 of Netflix's flagship series Stranger Things. Then he made an episodic appearance on Game of Thrones. He also stars in the upcoming prequel to A Quiet Place, subtitled Day One, and Gladiator 2 alongside Pedro Pascal.
Chris Evans was the Human Torch in the 2000s iterations of the Fantastic Four franchise.
Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing
This American actor has had many roles throughout his extensive career in the industry. Like Pascal, he has appeared in several episodes of the Law & Order franchise and is part of the Lucasfilm/Disney family thanks to his role in Andor. Moss-Bachrach was also a series regular on the Emmy-winning comedy-drama The Bear. In 2023, you may have seen him in No Hard Feelings opposite Jennifer Lawrence.
The Thing was played by Michael Chiklis in the 2005 and 2007 films.
Fantastic Four is scheduled for release in the summer of 2025.
