Selling real estate under the sunny skies of California can make you filthy rich, that is, if you know what you're doing.

Los Angeles and Orange County are full of rich people looking to spend money on luxury properties, so there is always a demand for real estate. And the company founded by Brett and Jason Oppenheim, The Oppenheim Group, have long been the top dog in this cut-throat market.

They offer the most expensive properties to the creme de la creme of the upper class.

Nextflix figured it could also be fun watching the realtors at work, pitching the best and most luxurious properties to celebrities, other Los Angeles shakers, and movers. Thus, the best show about real estate was born: Selling Sunset. Not only does it offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the inner workings of the luxury real estate business, but it also lets the viewers in on the personal lives of the brokers and agents.

The question that many people want to know the answer to, though, is who's the richest person on the show in terms of their net worth.

7. Romain Bonnet & Chelsea Lazkani — $500,000

6. Amanza Smith, Maya Vander & Mary Fitzgerald — $1 million

5. Davina Potratz — $2 million

4. Emma Hernan, Christine Quinn & Heather Rae El Moussa — $3 million

3. Vanessa Villela — $5 million

2. Chrishell Stause — $6 million

1. Brett & Jason Oppenheim — $50 million each

It's hardly surprising that everybody on the show is loaded, given the clothes they wear, the cars they drive and the houses they live in. It's also to be expected that the Oppenheim twins should top the list, seeing how not only are they successful real estate brokers, but they also founded the most successful real estate company in LA and Orange County.

It has been revealed that Maya Vander and Christine Quinn will not be returning for the upcoming season. Vanessa Villela may also bow out, although this has not been confirmed yet.

Two new agents will be joining the show, though: Nicole Young, who has been with the Oppenheim Group for a long time but has yet to appear as a regular cast member, and Bre Tiesi, who is also known for having a child with Nick Cannon in June 2022.

The long-awaited season 6 of Selling Sunset will continue the LA and Orange County real estate saga in just a few days: the premiere is scheduled for release on 19 May.
