Who can make it from Riverdale to Hollywood?

Teen drama series that span multiple seasons give their stars the unique opportunity to achieve unprecedented fame. The CW serves as a prime example: practically everyone and their brother will have heard of Gossip Girl graduates Blake Lively and Penn Badgley. Meanwhile, The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev, once tipped for a high-flying career, has seemingly faded from the spotlight of major projects.

It's interesting to speculate about the future career trajectories of Riverdale cast members, seeing how the show has become perhaps the biggest teen drama series in recent years.

5. K.J. Apa

Despite the importance of his role, Archie wasn't always the focal point for fans. Moreover, Apa's other ventures haven't garnered widespread acclaim. His upcoming projects, which include One Fast Move alongside Eric Dane and a voice acting role in the animated series Ghostbusters: Ecto Force, suggest he might lean more towards television and indie films. We do hope, however, that his indie music gets more recognition.

4. Madelaine Petsch

Petsch's YouTube channel has around 6.52 million subscribers, ensuring she won't be leaving the limelight anytime soon. She could either follow in Blake Lively's footsteps or maintain her prominence mainly as a social media sensation. Her next big role is in the slasher trilogy The Strangers.

3. Cole Sprouse

Cole made a name for himself as a prodigious child actor in the 2000s, most notably starring with his twin in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Nostalgia could play a pivotal role in his continued success.

Given his upcoming roles in the comedy Lisa Frankenstein alongside Kathryn Newton and Carla Gugino and the drama I Wish You All the Best with Alexandra Daddario, he has a good chance at remaining relevant in the foreseeable future.

2. Camila Mendes

While Camila might not have become a Hollywood A-lister, her career has steadily progressed, with increasingly notable roles, including those in Netflix productions and the critically lauded indie film Palm Springs. Her forte may remain romantic comedies, as seen with her next movie, Upgraded.

1. Lili Reinhart

Lili seems best positioned for long-term career success. Beyond her big roles in Chemical Hearts and Netflix's Look Both Ways, she wears multiple hats as an executive producer, entrepreneur, fashion brand ambassador, and activist. While Lili hasn't announced any immediate projects, her name is bound to resonate in Hollywood for years to come.
