This habit straddles the line between cute and annoying.

How often do you raid your fridge during the day? How about when you visit your childhood home for the holidays? Mom's fridge always seems to contain food that is not only tastier than your average everyday dinner but also tastes like nostalgia. Mmm...

It turns out that celebrities (even the biggest and hottest of them) are not above the common folk and also have this habit of raiding their mothers' fridges.

Harry Styles' mother, Anne Twist, affectionately called Mama Twist by fans, recently told The Daily Mail that her son, the superstar who has a huge fan base across all countries and ages, always 'opens the fridge' as soon as he sets foot in the family home in Cheshire.

Unfortunately, this doesn't happen very often due to geographical differences. Although the family is close, Styles' mother and sister live in the UK, and the singer has to spend his time touring the world and in the US, where his career is flourishing.

The adorable but slightly annoying habit of attacking her fridge at first sight is just another sign, according to Mama Twist, that her son has remained true to himself and that years of fame haven't changed him.

The singer, songwriter, and actor with a slew of hits, awards and three movies under his belt owes his success to his own authenticity and charisma, according to Twist.

"He does what feels right to him – and it seems to be universally appreciated," she explained in the interview.

At the age of 29, Styles remains the same boy he always was, just a bigger version. Today, Mama Twist says her son has always had that easygoing, warm vibe that his fans love so much. "He always had a big smile," she recalls.

The urge to perform on stage has also always been part of his personality. Harry began performing in school plays at a young age and quickly became the lead singer in a children's band.

In 2010, at the encouragement of his mother, the 16-year-old teenager took part in auditions for The X Factor. He did not make it further than the Bootcamp round but was later teamed up with four other contestants to compete in the Groups category. And the rest is history.
