Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 amps up the cult classic with sharper storytelling and meaner gameplay — and our guide shows you how to drain it dry in one night, snagging every trophy and achievement in a single ruthless run.

Bloodlines 2 is not shy. Bigger, louder, more powers, more drama. And if you want to squeeze every drop out of it, here is the full trophy/achievement rundown, how to get each one, and what you should know before you go trophy-hunting.

Quick primer (and a spoiler warning)

The game has 65 trophies total: 62 bronze, 1 silver, 1 gold, plus the platinum for 100%. A bunch of these are hidden because they tie to story beats and endings. If you are allergic to spoilers, back out now and come back after a first playthrough.

So... why play Bloodlines 2 at all?

Because this time you are not the clueless neonate getting pushed around. You wake up as a seriously amped vampire, surfing Seattle rooftops and wrecking squads of church-backed hunters. The tone is moody and stylish, the city is a goth postcard, and the action RPG systems let you lean hard into supernatural nonsense with a streak of dark humor. If that mix sounds like your thing, it probably is.

Heads-up for completionists: some endings radically shift who runs Seattle (Katsumi, Tolly, Lou, Phyre) or whether the I.A.O. torches the place, and several character-specific choices (Benny Muldoon, Veronica/Verona, Ysabella, Damsel) lock in trophies. Plan your saves, or expect multiple runs. Honestly, that is part of the fun here.
