Unlock the Werewolf Mutation in Blox Fruits: Requirements, Abilities, and How to Get It Fast
Blox Fruits just unleashed its first Mutation Fruit: the Mythical Werewolf, a feral evolution of the Tiger that overhauls your look and supercharges your kit. With more mutations looming, this beastly upgrade is the one to hunt down now.
Quick heads-up for the Blox Fruits crowd: there is a new toy on the board, and it is not subtle. The Werewolf Fruit is here, it is weird in a fun way, and it looks like it might not stick around forever. If you want it, now is probably the time.
What this thing actually is
The Werewolf Fruit is a Mythical Mutation of the Tiger Fruit. Translation: it takes the Tiger kit and mutates both your look and your abilities in a big way. It is also the first Mutation Fruit the devs have dropped in Blox Fruits, with more planned down the line. Early days for this system, but they are clearly testing the waters with a flashy one.
How to get it (and how annoying that is)
You have two routes:
1) The seasonal grind. Hit the Halloween Gacha Dealer NPC and spend 500 Candy Corns per spin for a random reward. The Werewolf Fruit is the top prize. That dealer shows up in Middle Town in the First Sea, the Cafe in the Second Sea, and the Mansion in the Second Sea. The catch: you only get four spins per hour. Use them up and you are waiting another hour. It is a luck-based route with a time cap, which is... charming, if you enjoy timers.
2) The swipe. Open the in-game Shop and buy the Hunter Bundle for 3999 Robux. It includes the Tiger Fruit and its Mutation, the Werewolf Fruit, so you get both in one go. The bundle is on sale until November 16, 2025. If you want the fruit without rolling the dice, this is the cleanest path.
Given the event-y nature of a Halloween gacha and the fact that the bundle has an end date, do not assume this thing will be easy to find later.
What changes when you chomp it
The fruit comes with multiple moves right away, but the main attraction is the full Werewolf transformation, which unlocks at Mastery 300. When you transform, you get slower and less agile, but you hit harder and gain more utility in your kit. Also nice: if you finish an enemy while transformed, you get some health back. It is a classic trade-off build — heavier, nastier, and a bit self-sustaining, just not speedy.
Moves and unlocks
- Finger Revolver — Unlocks at Mastery 1 — Fires a barrage of werewolf heads at your target, capped off with a larger head for bonus damage.
- Spiraling Kick — Unlocks at Mastery 50 — Charge a kick, then launch a spiraling energy blast at an enemy.
- Afterimage Assault — Unlocks at Mastery 100 — A rapid dash straight into your target that delivers damage.
- Body Flicker — Unlocks at Mastery 200 — A zig-zag dash that smacks the target and knocks them back.
- Transformation — Unlocks at Mastery 300 — Switch into the enhanced Werewolf form with the speed trade-off, damage/utility boost, and health-on-kill.
If you are chasing it, pick your path: gamble your Candy Corns with that four-spins-an-hour cap, or buy the bundle and move on with your life. Either way, if this fruit does end up disappearing after the event or the sale window, you will be glad you grabbed it now.
