We have the return of Wallace and Gromit, a zombie apocalypse at the zoo, a serious drama about World War II, and a comic book adaptation about a dog-man. We've chosen the best animated movies released in 2025.
1. Dog Man, 2025
In the city of Ohkay, there is a villainous cat named Petey who creates sophisticated machines for his daring plans. During a clash with this villain, the brave but foolish police officer Knight and his intelligent dog Greg are seriously injured.
The doctors decide to transplant the dog's head onto a man. Thus, Dog Man, a super policeman and virtuoso fighter against crime, appears in the city.
Criminals are unhappy with the work of the new cop. To deal with Dog Man, Petey decides to create his own clone.
2. Night of the Zoopocalypse, 2025
One night, a meteorite falls on the zoo. A rabbit who woke up at the wrong time decides to eat the glowing object. As a result, the little animal turns into a zombie with glowing eyes and sets out to bite everyone, thus starting the apocalypse.
A young she-wolf named Gracie witnesses the appearance of patient zero. She convinces a group of animals to rescue the zoo: a cougar who loves freedom, a lemur who loves movies, a dashing capybara, a cowardly ostrich, and a long-nosed monkey.
3. The Glassworker, 2025
The young violinist Alliz and her family have moved to the quiet seaside town of Waterfront. Alliz's father, a colonel, is commanding military operations in a strategically important gorge nearby.
While walking around the city, Alliz is captivated by a wonderful display case in a glassblower's workshop. There, she meets Vincent, the son and apprentice of the city's best glass master.
Alliz and Vincent feel great sympathy for each other, but their fathers do not get along at all because Tomas, the glassblower, is a pacifist who hates war.
4. Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, 2025
The restless inventor Wallace creates a robot gnome to help the dog, Gromit, with household chores. However, robot Norbot uses up all his battery power mowing the lawn, which irritates Gromit's delicate taste.
Now, the dog feels superfluous because his owner has a new pet. However, it soon becomes clear that Wallace needs saving again. Feathers McGraw, an evil penguin offended by Wallace and Gromit, plans to hack Norbot.
5. The Most Precious of Cargoes, 2025
Poland, 1940s. World War II is raging on, yet the snowy forest remains quiet. Only the passing of trains through the forest reminds of the war. A woodcutter's wife sees powerful gods in the trains and prays to them for a gift.
One day, a deity sends the woman a baby who was thrown out of a train car and into the snow. She happily accepts the gift because she has no children of her own. She believes that she must raise the child sent to her, even if it means going against her husband's will.
